How I Can Help
GHG Inventory Review
Review GHG inventories for completeness, accuracy, and auditability. I help organizations strengthen boundaries, methodologies, emission factors, and documentation so inventories can support external reporting and stand up to assurance.
Decarbonization Strategy
Support practical decarbonization planning grounded in robust emissions data. From identifying emissions hotspots and evaluating reduction opportunities to developing implementation roadmaps and target-setting strategies, I help organizations build credible plans that balance ambition with operational realities.
Mandatory Reporting Readiness
Prepare for evolving climate disclosure requirements, including California climate legislation (SB 253 & SB 261), the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), ISSB standards, and other mandatory reporting frameworks. I help organizations understand what applies, identify gaps, and develop practical implementation plans.
Assurance Readiness & Internal Controls
Strengthen governance, documentation, evidence, and internal controls before assurance begins. I help finance and sustainability teams prepare climate information with the rigor expected of financial reporting.
Fractional ESG Controller
Provide ongoing senior technical support without the need for a full-time hire. I serve as a trusted advisor to finance and sustainability teams, helping navigate technical questions, review disclosures, and support evolving reporting programs.
Who I Work With
I work with organizations that need senior technical expertise in GHG accounting and climate reporting without building a large internal team.
